The interior of the condo has your needs covered with an amply sized living room with streaming ROKU TV's and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, jacuzzi tub in the primary bath, and complimentary WiFi. Belmont Towers' amenities are tough to beat featuring private garage parking with two assigned spaces, elevator for ease of access, a fitness room to make sure you get in your daily workout, a putting green to practice before heading to the course, and a fourth floor outdoor pool with sundeck. You could realistically park your car upon arrival and not have to drive anywhere during your stay as restaurants, amusements, convenience stores and shopping are all within walking distance. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. Accommodating up to ten guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom, two doubles in the 3rd bedroom, and if needed, a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. ----An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure.
