LIVING ROOM
Retro rewind! Complete with wood paneling for a fun, retro vibe. Grab a seat and enjoy time together. The TV has both streaming services and local channels.

DINING AREA
The table can comfortable seat 6 people, with more room next door at the breakfast bar located in the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked to provide all you need for cooking, snacking, and making your morning cup of coffee. We provide a drip coffee maker with ground coffee, filters, sugar, and creamer. In addition to pots and pans, we provide oil, salt, and pepper for cooking.

BEDROOM 1 (main floor)
This bedroom has a queen size bed, full length mirror, luggage rack, and a closet with hangers to use during your stay.

BEDROOM 2 (main floor)
This bedroom has a queen size bed, small desk, mirror, luggage rack, and closet with hangers to use during your stay.

BEDROOM 3 (main floor)
This bedroom has a queen-size bed, full-length mirror, dresser, luggage rack, and closet with hangers to use during your stay.

BEDROOM 4 (upstairs)
The bunk room! Currently, this room has one twin over twin bunk bed. Complete with a full length mirror, dresser, hangers, and luggage rack.

BEDROOM 5 (upstairs)
This is the largest room in the home and has a king-sized bed, desk, full length mirror, dresser, luggage rack, and hangers.

BATHROOM 1 (main floor)
This is a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the main floor. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, and makeup remover towels.

BATHROOM 2 (main floor)
This half bathroom is located between bedroom 3 and the kitchen.

BATHROOM 3 (upstairs)
This is a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo right across from the bunk room. It is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, and makeup remover towels.

BASEMENT
Enjoy a game of pool or practice your aim with darts! Watch the game or a movie in our 3 row, 6 seater movie theater. The projector is complete with Chromecast for all your streaming needs.

LAUNDRY
The washer and dryer are located in the basement and available for your use.

BACKYARD
There is a small, fenced in backyard with patio furniture.

EXTERIOR
This home is in a great, family-friendly neighborhood. A security camera is outside the front door.

Parking
There is room for four cars to park in the driveway with additional parking on the street if needed. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Family Girls Weekend!

Plenty of space for myself and 9 family members for a getaway weekend. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown Overland Park. Plenty of space and plenty of beds. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Bachelor trip

We had 8 guys with us, and everyone appreciated having their own bed, lots of space to play games and hang out together, and still be close to a ton of fun activities and restaurants! This was the perfect place to stay, I would highly recommend! The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with so overall this was a great experience!

Great location!

This is a prime property! Location was super, house was very nice and room for everyone. The screening room in the basement was great for sitting and watching a movie and relaxing after a long day.We would stay here again.Hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They made the stay wonderful.

Family funeral

We drove from Minnesota for a family funeral at the Overland Park Funeral Chapel. This location was perfect- 0.8 miles away. The house was large and spacious with plenty of common space for visiting. We would absolutely return and stay again if the need arises. Thank you!

All bout enjoying birthday and taking in a Chiefs game, enjoying Family. Was a nice clean environment, in side of house. Next time would be nice to sit out on back patio, needed yard work.

Pleasantly Surprised

The house was immaculate. The rooms all had remote-controlled fans and lights, multiple thermostats for different areas of the house, not only a nice pool table, but nice sticks, too. Everything was better than we could have ever asked for. We greatly appreciated the stay.
