Great Oceanfront Condo

This condo was perfect! The view was spectacular and it had all the comforts of home. Easy check in and easy communication with the owner! The beach is beautiful and the pool is great. And having a restaurant on site is a great bonus!

PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS ATTACHED The Listing warns you about the construction, however is not clear about the extent, please see the photos which I took during my stay attached so you have an Idea of the extent of the construction. Construction starts at 7:00 AM each weekday. Also the surf by this listing is very ruff and you need to be a strong swimmer to wade in very far.

Yes, That is correct. The entire property is going through a construction project and total renovation (including the furniture/chair) JUST LIKE WE SAID IN THE DESCRIPTION IN CAPITAL LETTERS JUST LIKE THIS, IN 3 LOCATIONS. You took advantage of an extremely great discount,AND ADMITTED TO NOT PAYING ATTENTION WHEN YOU WERE BOOKING. YOU WERE FAIRLY WARNED. Many of our guests are enjoying the discount to be by the beach. The project will be coming to a close late fall of 2026 for those reading this. And it will be fantastic.

This is a really lovely condo in a great location. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The view of the sunrise is stunning, and it really is just a few steps to be out on the beach. It had a few temporary hiccups when we were there, including a broken door out to the balcony that wouldn't close all the way or lock. And for guests visiting during the condo building rennovation in early 2026, be aware that the noise is very loud beginning daily at 8 am.
