The group prior to Philippe’s arrival left the house in a poor state giving the cleaner limited time to fully prepare the house during the 4 hour changeover. Philippe contacted us and the cleaner coordinated a convenient time with him to return to complete the work. We also gave Philippe consideration for the inconvenience caused.
