We loved our stay at the Silver Street Villas. The condo felt both luxurious and accessible (As in, it felt nice, but it didn't feel like we had to stop kids from touching or using anything). Walking distance to great coffee shops and bakeries was a huge plus for our family. Highly recommend!

The property was in a beautiful location with wonderful views. The proximity to the start of the Alpine Loop was perfect for our SXS adventure. The cabin is located outside of town but close enough to take the SXS into town for shopping and dining. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes again.

We had a great stay at silver street condo’s! I will have to say we have rented a lot of places through the years and the condo was the cleanest we have ever had! Definitely recommend! Beds are comfy and the condo had all the things we needed…

Clean, comfortable, and well located, with a few things worth noting.The unit is spotless and sits just a few blocks off Main Street, so you can walk to everything. It is genuinely quiet, the beds are excellent, and the furnishings are tasteful. It is one of four units in a small building, and the shared laundry is a nice perk, though you will need to bring your own detergent. There is also a small shared patio out front.A few things to set expectations. The layout is a bit different : the kitchen is quite small, and the two bedrooms sit side by side with a small bathroom tucked in the corner next to them. The walls are thin, so you hear just about everything from one room to the next. The patio is uncovered too, and we got a lot of rain, so a covered outdoor space would have been a real plus. One odd note: the Wi-Fi password itself was a scripted request to leave a five-star review, and that request came up a few times in the messages too. As a host myself, I don’t find that tactful.Overall, a clean and comfortable stay in a great location.

Very Nice Stay

Great location for activities in the area. Easy access to groceries and restaurants in town. Everything inside is updated and very clean. Couldn't quite figure out the TVs but I'm not on vacation to watch TV anyway.

Silver street condos were just what my friend and I needed as a place to hangout for a few days between hikes. There was an issue during arrival but Brittney addressed it immediately and professionally. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Lake City in the future!

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Walking distance to all the restaurants and arts in town. Quiet neighborhood. Good view of the mountain. Nice town with friendly people. Engineer pass is a must. Slumgullion nice as well.Owner communicated very well. Hope to visit again.
