The rental was extremely clean. The mattress was very comfortable and they have really nice pillows. (You can tell the mattress is high quality) I slept very well. It was in a convenient location. They had a nice stock of things in case I forgot something. Would absolutely stay again. A 2 minute uber ride to the convention center and golden one and restaurants. I felt safe in the area it was in. If you have an older one traveling or someone with walking problems, keep in mind there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the bedroom. The owner was very easy to communicate with. All of us staying enjoyed our visit.

The home is large and spacious, but has a cozy vibe. The decor is modern and clean, very chic. The neighborhood was close to the freeway and downtown, which made travel easy. The area is family friendly with delicious local food establishments within walking distance. Check in/check out was easy, there are several parking options, and the hosts were attentive and eager to help. I will definitely be booking here again.

The unit was as pictured on the site. The living, dining and kitchen was very spacious. During the day there is no need for lights. Plenty of room to sit and eat. The kitchen was well stocked with knives, pans, dishes and glass wear. Nice size refrigerator with in door icemaker and water dispenser. Good size TV. Internet work fine. The central HVAC is 2 units 1 for the living area and 1 for the rooms upstairs. The bedrooms each had walk in closets, beds were comfortable and space to move around. Both bathrooms were great. Could use more towel racks. The unit was clean. During the day a little noisy with the traffic on 15th street but at night its nice and quiet. Street parking was fine. Would stay again on my next trip back.

I would not stay here again. The property owners did not prioritize the safety of my children or me.When we returned to the property around 11:00 p.m., my two young daughters and I were locked outside. I had never been informed that the gate could be locked or that additional access instructions would be required after hours. When I called the help line, I was provided a gate code, but the gate still would not open. We remained stranded outside late at night until we were eventually able to gain entry only after the gate was physically kicked and the Airbnb neighbor came out to help. The host later claimed I had used the "wrong gate," which is simply false. There is only one gate providing access to the property.What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for a preventable issue, the host denied there was a problem and claimed they had "previously stated" that no compensation would be provided. That is inaccurate. After initially saying they would review the incident with their team before making a decision, they instead dismissed the matter entirely.If you're traveling with children or expect to arrive after dark, I would think twice before booking this property. The lack of communication, inaccurate explanations, and refusal to accept responsibility were far more concerning than the gate malfunction itself.
