Very large equipped kitchen with living room, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and a second bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet on the second floor with balcony.

Through a staircase from the living room it is possible to reach the second floor where you will find a splendid bedroom with walk-in closet, king bed and a very large bathroom. The second floor room has a patio door that opens onto the balcony overlooking the garden.
