Nice quiet condo, plenty of space for me and my boys. Super close to the beach, and the pool is nice. The only down side is its on the third floor, hoping its available in the future.

When we arrive at the place we did not receive any information or any code to enter the place And we did have to call for numbers to find out how we get in inside the place was uncleaned And unequipped with basic stuff The TV was so small as well We did not go to the Bellaconi because it filled with water from the rain so we stayed in

When this tenant checked in, they contacted me for the code which was provided to them at checkin time and it did not delay their access in any meaningful way. Our condo is cleaned when each guest checks out and that was accomplished just a few hours before their check in. No one has ever complained about the cleanliness of the unit and they didn't either until their damage deposit was witheld due to damage to our kitchen counter and ink spots on our carpet. They never contacted us during their stay to complain about anything.
