Very nice chateau right on the canal. The patio facing the canal was a highlight. Jackie was verygood about communicating. Her representative, Anna was a bit late meeting us at the property, but no real problem. We enjoyed the Villa and give it high marks - especially for location.
We loved our time staying here. So welcome after weeks of travelling. Wonderful courtyard to sit in and watch the canals. The information provided was excellent, and we slowly learnt our way around to lots of great restaurants, the supermarket and water taxis. It was easy to walk to from the taxi drop off. We would highly recommend this apartment.
Such a lovely quiet neighborhood, but still so central. Wonderful restaurants very closeby. Tons of personal recommendations included in the property info when you check in, you didn't even need to look for other options. Communication was great, check-in was easy, the little courtyard was magical. We will be back!
The condo is simply amazing. The patio opening to the canal is a great place for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, the kitchen has everything you need and both bedrooms are very comfortable. The decor is perfectly Venetian :) The location is central to all the sights with a great cafe around the corner and excellent restaurants and shops nearby along the canal. Communication with the host was easy and questions were answered right away. If you are visiting Venice, this is the place to book! We just loved our stay here.
The place is extremely well located and looks just like the pictures! We loved it and appreciated jackie’s attention to detail and having many things guests want including a dishwasher, air-conditioning , well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful canal view. Jackie responds quickly and very helpful. The on the ground team did allow timely access, but do not respond in a timely manner.
The host was amazing staying in contact with us on our trip! This was our first time to Venice, Italy. Jackie provided so much detailed information on what water taxi to take from the airport, what stop to get off on and she also had an English speaking host meet us at the apartment. She provided amazing information on where to eat and how to get around. The apartment was super clean and decorated so cute and quaint! We definitely plan to stay at this adorable apartment again.
Great apartment in an excellent location away from the heavy tourist areas. Close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely apartment, in a quiet area of Venice away from the busyness of the tourist areas! Cheap beer and Aperol Spritz around the corner! We enjoyed all the local restaurants and especially enjoyed the water taxi/ferry to the various tourist spots. Gondola ride is a 5 min walk away around the quiet canals of this area. We visited Murano island which was a lovely place and got some lovely glass decorations for Christmas! Jackie was on hand with any questions. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend.
This is such a beautiful property. You feel like a real local. It is in a lovely neighbourhood & walkable to all the sights but also with some lovely off the beaten tracks areas. Our host Jackie was so kind and helpful. We would definitely return to her place four our next trip.
Far exceeded our expectations!! Ca' Venexiana was our stop on a 3wk Europe trip and it was SO much bigger than what we expected and the outside patio was our favorite! There were fans in every room--very welcome as it was a very HOT time in Europe! But AC was wonderful! We stayed there 3 nights! We used the 2nd bedroom to spread out all our bags. The kitchen was well-stocked & the owner, was always VERY responsive. She has a notebook of information when you arrive. Her choice of directions for us to arrive from the Marco Polo airport in 1 of our first communications was excellent! We chose the Alilaguna Orange line, got off at the Ca'Rezzonico stop. So easy & less . As Jackie had said, we "greatly enjoyed the lovely journey to arrive!" Anna, a sweet young person, met us, spoke great English and walked us straight there. Easy walk with our luggage & no steps! Our favorite thing in the morning was to have coffee out in the garden. We LOVED the plants! We would open the doors to the canal, sit at the table, write in our journals & watch the gondolas go by. Also each morning, we watched the neighbors on the canal, getting in their own little boats to leave. (Pic)We spent alot of time in the small Camp San Barnaba & ate at a couple of restaurants near there. The largerRialto market was so close with more businesses. Nightlife was so lively, but quiet on our little side street. We met a couple of our sweet neighbors. We can highly recommend this VRBO!!
Cozy. Great location on a canal. Great patio. The managers were very helpful. Great restaurants, grocery, and arts (Da Vinci exhibition 5 minutes away) just down the road. We will be back for a longer stay.
The apartment was delightful! Host and her assistant were extremely helpful and gracious. I could have spent my entire stay sitting in the living room or garden reading—that’s how adorable the place is. Clean, instructions for everything-I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will return if they would have me back.
The Dorsoduro apartment was perfect! It was in a beautiful, quiet location and had everything we needed and more. It felt like our home away from home. Jackie was a wonderful host, and our local contact was wonderful.
We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely apartment. It is in a great location for exploring the streets and canals of Venice. Jackie sent us lots of helpful information before our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
This apartment is just perfect. Everything about the experience was 5-star: Communication, helpful information about the neighborhood, the spotless and well-furnished apartment itself... We just loved it and can't wait to return. Venice is such a beautiful city, yet the crush of tourists in some parts can be somewhat overwhelming. This apartment is the solution. It is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, yet still close to everything. It is so nice to have such a quiet and beautiful refuge. Thank you Jackie and your great team.
What a wonderful place to stay. Close to al the sights, and it was great having breakfast and watching the gondolas saunter past the little terrace. There's a treasure trove of guides and information in the property to help you make the most of your stay. Highly recommended.

We loved how quiet the location was. It was an easy walk to the main attractions of Venice, but tucked away in a quiet area of the city. The apartment was easily one of the best we've stayed in! The kitchen had everything we needed for making amazing meals to enjoy on the fabulous canal side courtyard! We would return without hesitation!
