Casa Canal offers casual beach accommodations with unique ocean-views. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, Ultimate Casa, is located on the beach and canal with it's own private beach access to the most beautiful sandy swimming beach that Rincon has to offer, it has a swim-up pool bar with a Flat Screen TV, outdoor restroom / changing room, (4) hot & cold outdoor showers, back up power, 2000 gal. water reserves, etc., there are too many amenities to list, once you arrive you'll never want to leave !!!!.

This property is a spacious 2,300 sq ft, Villa that will sleep up to 10 guests in 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 twin bunks and features Oceanview Panoramic Windows in the living area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/ granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, (4) flat screen TVs with all the movie channels & DVR, a downstairs handicapped accessible master bedroom with custom tile features, 2 upstairs bedrooms with (3) breathtaking Ocean view balconies, custom hardwood floors & doors, a stunning Ocean View Den that doubles as the 4th bedroom, all the rooms have air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout the home.

Located on the Water, looking directly at Canal, Beach & the Marina area with sailboats, boats, waves & with spectacular Desecheo Island Sunsets in the distance, private beach access to Paddleboard, Kayak, Swimming, all Watersports, etc... walking distance to 3 Major Hotels, many restaurants & nightlife, street lights & sidewalks to anywhere in town or the coast !!

This fantastic property is available for rent with a 3 day min. stay requirement, all rates are determined on the number of guests, our rates start at $595 per night, for up to 6 guests, additional guests may be added at a rate of $50 per person per night up to 10 guests max. Children 2 & under are free.

The property is available for Weddings, Special Events, Corporate gatherings, Birthdays, Sweet 15 & 16's, etc.. for up to 100 guests maximum however you must use our event planner or a English speaking planner from the west end of the Island !!

A 3 day minimum stay is required for events at a rate of $975 per night for up to 10 guests maximum overnight, plus an event staffing & supervision fee based on the number of guests expected
