Here, tranquility meets charm in every corner of this spacious, manor-style farmhouse. Perfect for family gatherings or getaways with friends, the property includes a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home plus a brand-new addition now open — The Snug, a cozy king studio tucked into the main barn (take note this is directly across the driveway and is not attached to the house).

Step inside the Manor and feel instantly at home. The main floor is airy and bright, with calming colors and thoughtful touches throughout. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your favorite recipes — enjoy meals together around the vaulted dining table or under the glow of twinkle lights on the patio. After dinner, sink into the living room’s plush seating for a movie night or quiet conversation.

The front porch is a guest favorite — a perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or relax in a rocking chair as the sun sets and the breeze rolls through.

Across the drive, The Snug offers a little extra privacy and a touch of luxury, featuring a king canopy bed, living area, kitchenette, and full bath — an ideal space for grandparents, couples, or anyone who likes their own quiet corner. Kitchenette includes an air fryer, coffee maker, microwave, single use blender, utensils.

Upstairs in the Manor, three welcoming bedrooms await:
>> Two with king-size beds
>> One with a twin-over-double bunk (perfect for kids!)

The home’s crown jewel is the ensuite retreat, spread over the second and third floors, with a king bed, private bath, desk nook, and daybed with trundle. (Note: stairs to the second floor are steep.)

Outside, you’ll find 20 acres to explore — complete with horse barns, a peaceful creek (where deer often wander at dusk), a firepit for s’mores nights, and a playset just steps from the patio. The 2-car garage is available for guests and includes firepit supplies and a ping pong table for rainy-day fun.

We’ve made comfort a priority with HVAC throughout, so you’ll stay cozy in every season.

And yes — we’re dog-friendly (under 35 lbs)! Please bring your own dog bedding and crate, and note there’s a $50 fee if extra cleanup is needed after your stay.
