Sweet Unit!

Condo exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at many of the Shorewalk condos in the past…& this Unit is the Best by far. Clean, beautifully decorated, quiet location and short distance to shopping and eateries. We will stay here again.

Great stay!

Stayed at Shorewalk a few years ago in another unit, this was by far an upgrade. Clean, comfortable and well stocked unit. Great pickle ball covered courts near by. Pools nice and warm. Grounds well kept. Will stay again.Linda

The Condo was clean had everything we needed and the location was close to everything.

Our experience was a great one at the Shorewalk Condo. The grounds were clean the pool and hot tub was refreshing. If we every get back to the Bradenton area we would love to rent there again.

The place was well kept and the grounds were pretty. Two pools and the large one was heated. Only 10 minutes to the beach.

Loved our Vacation

We felt our condo was everything advertised. We used things like the community hot tub and appreciated the beach supplies in the condo. We felt the location really met our needs being only 15 minutes from multiple beaches and same distance to downtown.

Nice place

Clean, relaxing, nicely furnished, kitchen had everything in it we would need for our short stay. I would stay there again. Good location. Short drive to the beach. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Ducks that come to the back porch every morning around 9 to demand bread crumbs while I was drinking my coffee. They had me trained pretty quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at Yvon's condo. The beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was comfortable and plenty of seating for our family. We would have preferred twin beds in the second bedroom. Washer and dryer where large capacity. Kitchen supplies a bit sparse. Knife set and plastic cups would have been helpful. Our time is never quite enough at Shorewalk. Great amenities and resort style vacation!

Short but Sweet

Check-in was great, no desk and no paperwork. much cleaner than most of the hotel rooms we stayed at. Everything was as shown and listed, enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai watching the ducks and turtles. I called the property manager twice and both times were pleasant. We lived in Bradenton for 25 years, so we knew Shorewalk was the perfect location for our return visit after 5 years.We both retired from the town of Longboat Key and enjoyed seeing family and friends again. Only personal problem we had was that the pool was heated at 90 degrees which we thought was not so refreshing with 95 degree days. Thanks to everyone involved in our stay!!!

All The Comforts of Home

We couldn't have been happier with our four night stay at Shorewalk Condos. It was only about 20 minutes from the SRQ airport. Our unit was a modern, spacious two bedroom, two bath unit with a roomy kitchen that has all you need for cooking and eating, including a Mr. Coffee brewer (Keurig is my preference but this was fine). We slept like we don't sleep at home which means very late and comfortably, away from our everyday stress. The living room featured a big Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video so we were nicely entertained. The digital code entry made it easy to get in and we appreciated having a washer dryer to use. It's only minutes from Publix Market and the flurry of restaurants we enjoy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for parties of 2 to 4 people.

Nice stay

The condo was as pictured, very clean no complaints but for having an issue locking the door everyday. I did finally get hold of property manager who walked me through it but I did continue to has an issue with locking it took me a few minutes each time. I would just recommend that lock be adjusted or replaced. Other than that issue I would definitely recommend this condo to others. Perfect location to beaches, stores and Ana Maria Island. It was nice to have extra sheets and blankets and pillows and plenty of towels available. Thank you.

Absolutely Wonderful

I had the hardest time trying to find a place for me and my brother while visiting my mom and sister who's in the nursing home. I dislike the hotel /motel stay so I'm always looking for villas... After days of trying and constantly running into unavailability. I continued my search Thank God I Did!!!!! I messaged Yvon and told him my issue. With no problem at all he was willing to help... The response time was sooner than later. He was so understanding of my situation and it put me at ease.... I received all the info I needed. I didn't have to check in to the office because he had everything taken care of. All I had to do was follow the simple instructions given to me by Yvon. Shortly after settling in, I received a call from his Wife. Welcoming me in and making sure I had all I need. To add the icing on the cake, The condo was clean, well designed, and fully equipped. The location of the condo was literally close to everything. From shopping centers to bowling alley and just a short drive close to the beach. ... To Yvon and his wife. I know I've told you so many times already(giggles) but I must say Thank You Again.. I would definitely refer you to others.... You guys are the Best... xoxoxoxoxo

Wonderful place to stay!

We will stay here again! Very clean and has everything. You can walk to the pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There was plenty of room for dining in-we prepared a couple of meals here. We love having a refrigerator and washer/dryer. Communication from the host was great! Check in was so easy! Beautiful condo. My favorite was sitting in the screened in porch area and reading while listening to the lake fountain! I wish I was there now!

Close to IMG,

Very convenient location for any parent or relative visiting students at IMG. First floor location with simple parking and key code access to property. Clean and comfortable with amenities needed for a long weekend, or even a longer stay. Publix is within walking distance and AMI is a short drive away. Enjoyed our stay and Yvon was very helpful during our time there. Thank you!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely helpful and even came to change a lightbulb even when we said it wasn't necessary. Everything was clean and tidy. The only "issue" we had was with the very strict pool rules. We got a warning the first day when our son jumped into the pool. We didn't realize there was a no splashing rule. I realize this wasn't the condo owner's fault at all. Just something that made it a little less enjoyable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
