This was our first time to rent and overall the experience was wonderful. Our view of the ocean, the beach, and the sunrise was breathtaking. The rooms were clean as was the refrigerator and stove.I hope in the future the pier gets repaired, but the other pier is a great place to visit. We love the restaurants in the area.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and functional. And what a view! The bedroom was a bit smaller that we expected but I understand the units are only so big. It was fine for my wife and I. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

My husband and I needed a get away weekend and found this gem by surprise. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! The condo was very clean, inviting and had all the comforts of home. The key entry is a bit tricky at first but once I got the hang of it it was fine. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed an extra day! If you choose this great place you have to walk up to Cherry Grove Point!! The tidal pools during low tide are so cool...they go on forever and the variety of birds are amazing...Osprey, Great Blue Herron, Ibis, Egret, sanderlings, pelicans and more.Oh an extra surprise....And there's a beach storage area at the building where you can store your beach things under a carport area to keep from schlepping your sandy things in and out of your car or condo- great feature!We will definitely be back!!

A little tricky to find and check in but we made it. I would bring a few extra towels they only give two and they never fully dried all the way before the next use. Everything was clean and organized. Bring extra TP. Only one roll left in the cabin for a week. Had to buy more. Little things but good to know for next time. The view was perfect from our balcony! No elevator so if you have trouble with stairs request the 1st floor. A lot to carry upstairs when traveling for a week. Otherwise we loved it!

The View

The place was decorated beautifully and was in immaculate condition. The balcony was so relaxing and quiet with stunning unobstructed view of the ocean. We enjoyed seeing a few dolphin as well. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

The only issue was parking. They were doing construction/remodel and you couldn't get to covered parking on that side. Also there were multiple vehicles in the open lot on the beachside units that were not displaying parking passes in view so no clear indication if they were supposed to be there. I was not aware of the additional parking across the street so I cleared with night security guard about parking by the sea wall. The next morning maintenance woke me up early (understandable) to move my vehicle despite displaying my units parking pass being displayed. Fortunately I found a spot by the unit building. They should put a no parking sign there despite there being space to park there. Overall enjoyed the stay. Nice rental. Very clean and comfortable. I'm old so climbing 3 flights to 3rd floor sucked but it was a nice place and stay.

Hidden Gem

First of all…communication, I give 10 stars!! It’s so hard to find property management companies that get back to you much less reach out to you first. This condo is EXACTLY how it’s described in the listing. So charming! It has everything you need, SUPER clean & in the perfect location away from all the hustle & bustle but close enough to everything. We had the best time & will be back!!
