Very clean and well stocked condo! Communication was great. It’s a short 5min walk to the beach on the private boardwalk which was very convenient.

Family vacay

Love the property. Clean. Great location. Beautiful pool. Close to beach. Had a few issues. Washer dryer in unit was great but please put more towels! For 7 people there were 7 towels. Even being able to wash them meant doing laundry every day. Asked for more at the office but was told no. Never been told no when I have asked for extra a towels. NEVER! If we stay here again I will go to Target or Walmart and buy some cheap white towels to bring with us. Also the entrance to the actual beach needs steps or something because it is too steep and we had to get off onto the dunes to make it down. Other than that we loved our stay!

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our experience at The Pelican Condo. Emily was absolutely the best. She was very welcoming and took great care of us. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. I had trouble finding a place that would allow parking for 2 cars and 2 golf carts. They were able to accommodate us. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay, the beds are comfortable and the co do is spotless. Easy walk to the beach (or road nearby if you want to drive). There is a keurig and coffee maker but guests need to bring their own pods or grounds.
