Very cozy place close to shops and restaurants. We spent the weekend at the mall and antique shopping. Went for walks around the neighborhood and to a couple close by parks. Everything you need is within 3 miles from the house. House was very clean and newly renovated.

Great place to stay!

My friends and I had a Grand Valley State alumni golf outing for the weekend and this was the perfect house to stay at for the weekend. It’s close to local golf courses and only 10 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The house was very clean and we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location! The house was very clean and updated. Communication with the property owner was very good, we’d definitely stay here again. The house has two totally separate living areas that are great for privacy.

Grandville Sister trip

We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything about the stay was enjoyable and the location was perfect - easy in, easy out. We toured Grand Rapids, toured the West coast (multiple cities) and they were great day trips. The property owner and manager were great to work with. Thumbs up!!!

Annual girls shopping trip to Holland/Grand Rapids. The rental of was conveniently located to all shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable. Mitch was very responsive to our questions during our stay.

Perfect home for out of state family

We were very impressed with the openness of the main rooms as it lent itself so nicely to have our family gather together for a second Christmas. The decor was stunning and comfortable and having the basement level available worked for the children to play too and watch Disney!! The location for us was perfect as we were near everyone in Grand Rapids proper and Walker. Just lovely!!!

Nice place and great location.

The accommodations were great. Everything has been remolded from what I can tell. Nice clean space with updated appliances and TVs. Nice basement area. It could be used for 2 families. Overall great experience. We would stay here again!
