Beautiful, welcoming home with lovely decor and plenty of space. The location was listed as Waldorf which is not accurate as it was 20 minutes west of there. But this is the only thing that was not as described. It may be that we were actually happier not as close to the Waldorf congestion, except for our need to also travel to St. Mary’s county as well on this trip. I highly recommend this home.

House was exactly as described and fit our family perfectly for a short visit to the area. Both dogs enjoyed the doggy door from the kitchen to the fenced backyard. The girls each enjoyed their own rooms, including the finished basement with their own TV. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Will definitely look to rent this house again in the future if we are back in the area.

This is just a great house especially for family groups. My husband and i stayed with our son and daughter in law with our dog. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet and convenient to so many things. We were near our family who live close as well as doing some sightseeing. The house is very clean and welcoming. We loved it and look forward to our next visit.

This was the perfect get away for our family. We had a wedding in the area and wanted to be able to spend time with our adult kids and grandchild in a comfortable space. This house was perfect! Each couple had their own space to relax and there was plenty of common space to all be together. The communication from the owners was perfect and it was evident they wanted to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We will be back!!

Our hosts' Rick and Jenn had everything lined up to make our Family feel welcomed and relaxed. We were in town for a Family Wedding, the home was exactly what we needed to allow us to come and go with a close proximity to the Wedding venue, and with two children, the Home felt like a Home! The Winter Storm hit in the midst of our event and our Host made sure to keep in touch frequently in the event we needed any supplies or support, to include getting the snow removed from the driveway making it safe and easy for us to come and go.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to other families! We were traveling with a large family, including several young children, and this house was incredibly well thought out for families.The amenities for little ones were a huge bonus. Having children’s toys, books, games, and other kid-friendly touches made our stay so much easier and kept everyone entertained when we were at the house. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making families feel welcome.The kitchen was one of the best-equipped vacation rental kitchens we’ve used. It had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group, from cookware and utensils to plenty of dishes and serving items. We never found ourselves wishing for something that wasn’t there.The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It provided plenty of room for our group to spread out while also having inviting common spaces where we could spend time together. The location was also convenient for exploring the Washington, D.C. area while enjoying a quiet place to come back to each evening.Thank you for providing such a welcoming home away from home. We would gladly stay here again!

Great Experience

I was worried about booking this house since there weren't many reviews on this platform, but once we arrived all the concerns were gone. My husband and I plus our 4 teenagers/young adults and two dogs had plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and fully stocked. There is a large collection of dishes, cups, mugs, cookware, baking items, and coffe/tea machines. The backyard was spacious enough for the dogs to run around and it backs up to a wooded area for a feeling of seclusion. The owners were helpful from the beginning and even set up their own dog crates for our dogs so we didn't have to pack ours. I especially appreciated the checkout process, there weren't any crazy expectations like with some rentals. We recommend this place and would stay again if we visit DC in the future. Thank you for having such a lovely place!
