Amazing Family experience! Jen was an excellent communicator and the house was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a large family of 9 with plenty of room for sitting, entertainment and beds. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Great location. We would definitely recommend this property.

Not a single complaint. The house was immaculate and everything. It was said to be. It was the most well stocked rental property we have ever rented. And we have rented a lot of them. There were plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, towels etc. The bathrooms were fully stocked with body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen had coffee, coffee filters, spices, dish soap, dishwasher soap,. And the laundry room had dryer sheets and laundry soap. They were even kind enough to send for Adirondack chairs for us to use so that we could sit on the landing in the pool. The owners were amazing and accommodated are every need. We would definitely rent from them again.

House was great, had the perfect amount of rooms and beds. Space was perfect for our family reunion. Family-friendly home with pool, game room, and games. House is clean and kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely book again!

I was born and raised in Texas. However, my family has lived all over the country. We fell in love with Lake Havasu City and began vacationing there in 2009. We saw a need for bigger homes to accommodate larger groups, which is how my hosting adventure started!

Our neighborhood is safe, quiet, and upscale. It's central to boat ramps, downtown, and easily accessed from anywhere in town.
