This spot was perfect for our family vacation. We grew up in the area and were able to easily visit all of our family haunts. Will definitely stay again.

It appears that VRBO review periods are only for one week intervals. My full review of Mark refers to his 2 week stay, and he and his family were splendid guests!

We spent a short weekend here and truly enjoyed it! Mike was great at communicating with us and provided extra information about the neighborhood that only locals would know. The beds were very comfy and everything was very clean! It did get a tiny bit warm on the third floor but there were lots of fans in addition to the ACs. Check in was very smooth and explained in great detail ahead of time. There was a ton of stuff to do within a 10 minute radius and I wish we could've stayed longer!! I'd definitely recommend staying here. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet - we felt completely safe here. If you're taller, watch your head going between some of the doorways!

It’s a beautiful little apartment on the third floor of a gorgeous home. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, and close to the ocean. There is also a delicious little breakfast spot a block away. The hosts were delightful. I’d love to stay again!

Blue Magnolia is a must visit!

This property is well maintained, easy walking distance to the beach, and there are great places nearby to eat. It’s an ideal location with a responsive host. My family of all ages loved it and so won’t you.

Ha! I hope Mark means “and so WILL you,” but no matter. Mark and his family were thoroughly delightful, considerate guests, even leaving us vased flowers and washing sheets (totally unnecessary, but much appreciated!) They were quiet, very friendly over the course of their 2 week stay. Hope to see them again!

This place was beautiful, clean, and more spacious than it looked like in the pictures. A great blend of old house charm and modern updates. Guests should be aware that the apartment is on the third floor up a narrow staircase.

Last minute perfect connection

This home made a last minute get together perfect. Exceptionally clean and Mike very attentive and available for any questions or needs.Coffee set up a plus! Full size kitchen for gathering.Beds super comfortable.Bathroom great size. Location easy to get to beaches, restaurants.Neighborhood walking with beautiful coastal views. Be aware there are stairs but worth the climb to have plenty of windows and a tree house feel.

Lovely place to stay!

The hosts were courteous and congenial and I could not have asked for better! Mike was very quick to respond to any of my questions, and was there to help when I needed it. The place is much larger than I expected, and the kitchen is new and very nice. Appreciated that they put out laundry soap for my use. Location is very convenient to sightseeing at Castle Hill, Gloucester and Salem, with easy drives. This place was so peaceful after the traffic-headaches of Boston, and I was very appreciative of the beauty of the area. And there is lots to see and do nearby! A big "Thank you" to the hosts! It was a joy to stay here.
Back bedroom with lovely air feeling; the front bedroom is much larger w huge walk-in closet
You get the whole top floor of this spacious house!
