Ideal for families, friends, or couples looking to relax. The two bedrooms have en-suite baths, plush queen beds, and TVs. The living area has a queen sleeper. Walk to the water and drop in a kayak or paddle board. Park your boat in the public boat ramp lot behind the home. Rivers Landing, secluded yet in the middle of it all. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, central AC, and WiFi during their stay. Kayaks and paddle boards can be provided upon request. Our cottage is ready and waiting to make your summer vacation one to remember.

Well appointed cottage with nice amenities. Perfect for a short stay. It looks recently updated especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. The only thing it lacked was closets. But there was sufficient hooks on the doors for clothing. Thanks for a special stay!

Family weekend away

We were amazed by the location and the property! A perfect little weekend cottage with so many thoughtful amenities from the hosts. The rental was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Rhode Island Relaxation

This is a newly renovated tiny house. It sits on a lovely well maintained property just steps from the river. There is a picnic table and chairs to relax in the yard. It is a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, ziplocks, foil,etc. The washer dryer worked perfectly. The 2 bedrooms were small but nice, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are very compact so some people may have difficulty with the tiny shower stall and getting to the sink. Tony was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. We did have a wonderful stay and would come back here again. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Block island ferry and to other areas of interest.
