Gostamos muito do imóvel, em um condomínio bem estruturado e ótima localização com relação à praia. Tivemos dias muito agradáveis em Santos. A Lucy sempre muito atenciosa, nos recebeu muito bem e tratou com muito carinho. Apenas alguns pontos que vale citar para que fique ainda melhor: fogão está apoiado em cima de tijolos o que nos deixou um pouco inseguros, geladeira não mantém a refrigeração pois ela está com um bloco de gelo no fundo, o q tem impedido a refrigeração. Por último, tivemos problemas com a churrasqueira, que a tampa do exaustor estava emperrada e não sabíamos como tirar, o apartamento ficou cheio de fumaça mesmo com as janelas da sacada toda aberta. Um ponto importante que não estava explícito no anúncio é a necessidade de exame médico pra utilização da piscina do condomínio. No mais, tudo foi muito bom! A lucy estava sempre a nossa disposição, nos auxiliando no que era preciso.

Dias maravilhosos e inesquecíveis!!! Lugar incrível!!!!

Passamos quatro dias nesse apartamento e ficamos completamente encantados, felizes e gratos. O apartamento é muito lindooooo, super confortável, limpo, organizado e totalmente equipado. Possui eletrodomésticos, eletroportáteis, móveis novos e todos os utensílios de cozinha. Não sentimos falta de absolutamente nada. A área de lazer é excelente! Possui piscinas, quadras, playground interno e externo, sala de jogos, academia, sauna, etc. Os funcionários são muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos! O apartamento é muito bem localizado, conta com mercado, farmácia, restaurantes, bares, sorveterias tudo pertinho. A praia é limpa, sem ondas, bem tranquila, segura e totalmente policiada. Possui jardim, banheiros e chuveirões gratuitos por toda orla, bem como parquinhos para a criançada. A Lucy é um show de simpatia, gentileza, atenção, carinho, preocupação, uma pessoa totalmente iluminada por Deus. Nos recepcionou muito bem e fez questão de se despedir, deixando o seu lindo sorriso e grande doçura registrado em nossos corações. Gratidão por conhecê-la e por, através do seu apartamento, me ajudar a proporcionar essa viagem incrível à minha família! Foram dias maravilhosos e inesquecíveis! Amamos tudooo e super recomendamos! Excelente ambiente, não poderíamos ter escolhido local mais ideal. localização privilegiada, local de fácil acesso, com varias opções. fora o apartamento que e lindo e super confortável churrasqueira na varanda que fizemos muitos churrascos,e a vista para o mar? que isso! condomínio com a segurança necessária que precisava. obrigado por ter nos recebido tão bem , e foi muito bom esses 15 dias que passei no seu imóvel em Santos-SP. Ótima opção á beira mar

Apartamento super aconchegante, bem dividido, cômodos relativamente espaçosos, além de uma ótima churrasqueira na varanda (na qual há uma bela vista do mar e a orla de Santos e São Vicente). O condominio possui ótimas opções de lazer. Imóvel altamente recomendável.
