Villa #1608 2 bedroom 2 bath
New owner as of July 2024. Unit is a second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath. 1 king and 2 twins with double sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Elevator is available along with luggage cart. Fully furnished and fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee pot and washer and dryer. Dining room table has seating for six. Kitchen area also has four stools to sit and eat as well. Master bedroom has a king size bed with two walk in closets. Master bathroom has a shower only but does come with double sinks., 2nd bedroom has a two twin beds with closet. Hall bathroom has a shower/bath combo and one sink. Condo comes with television in living room and one in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are through out the unit. Renters can enjoy the balcony with furniture that overlooks pond. Free WIFI. NO PETS. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
