There is even a bedroom for your furry friend! The canine suite offers a safe, comfy room with a door that goes outside to the 2 acre grounds! This property offers a washing machine, full kitchen, huge screened in lanai, BIG Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and heating. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Crystal River and our house has to offer. SWIM WITH MANATEES NEAR-BY. Close to Marinas, restraunts, shopping, golf, night-life, boating and boat rentals, putt-putt, kayaking, fishing and more! The home is situated on a 2 acre tropical setting, but close to everything you want to do. Plenty of space for your group inside and out or on one of the 3 porches or the huge screened lanai. Plenty of space to park your cars, boat and trailer, or park your RV during your stay. Popular activities are scalloping, fishing, and Crystal River is one of the few places in the world it is legal to swim with the Manatees. We Love the Florida Lifestyle! And we want to share it with others! Crystal River is so unique, because in one day you can SWIM WITH MANATEES, watch a Live Mermaid Show, Cruise the Ocean, and dine barefoot on the beach! But dont try to do it all in one day,,stay a while at Manatee Manor.
