Sweet and sunny East Hampton home with large pool, deck & BBQ. Perfect for your Hamptons summer getaway. Ideally situated between East Hampton, Sag Harbor & Amagansett. Set on a quiet wooded street, great for walking & steps from Three Mile Harbor Bay. Open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in living room. Kitchen opens onto largedeck that overlooks pool. 3 bedrooms, plus a 4th with sleep sofa that can be used as bedroom, office or den. Two full bathrooms. Washer/dryer in basement. Pool can be heated at guest’s expense. A perfect spot for summer.
Security deposit required to cover pool heating and AC costs. 5% discount for months July and August, if both months are booked. Minimum 30 day.
