CAMERAS: We have two cameras on the exterior of our home for video surveillance. One at the front door and another in the back facing the pool.

FAQ's...

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows for it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in will not be possible.

LATE CHECKOUT
Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night, so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book for themselves.

POOL HEATING FEE
Due to high utility costs of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $50/night OR $300/week + taxes and fees.
