We really enjoyed our stay. The location was outstanding. We loved being only a short walk to Petosky State Park beach. We went every evening and watched the sunset--so beautiful! We were a ten minute drive to both Petosky and Harbor Springs, towns full of great restaurants, friendly people, and fun shops. The beds were comfortable and the surrounding quiet made for restful sleeping.

We had a small set back at check in time due to the storm door being locked . However the host promptly sent a locksmith out to open it for us. Still have 5 stars because he handed it so swiftly.

Very nice place for two couples to stay. Each have a bedroom and their own bathroom upstairs plus there was a half bath downstairs. Would recommend it. Right next to the state park

This is a very comfortable condo. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from shopping/grocery and 10 minutes from the ski resorts. Owner was quick to respond to questions and the beds were comfortable, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This unit was clean and located in a convenient spot for Petoskey, Harbor Springs and a day-trip to Mackinaw Island. Michael, our host, was great about responding quickly. I would suggest a few upgrades to the kitchen such as fixing the door under the sink and supplying additional dishes, glasses and silverware.

The property was clean on the inside. the cleaning people do a great job. The beds were good and comfortable. The dining table is okay, but high. The chairs suck. No support and one is broken.The back porch is covered in mold, the grille looks scary to even use. The windows need a thorough outside cleaning, they don't work well. Some you can't even see through. One smoke detector is missing. Do the others work? The dryer takes forever. Is the dryer vent clean to the outside?If the place is fixed up THEN, I would call it "Cozy."It is overpriced for what we got.

Great Location

I had training scheduled in Petoskey and I brought my husband and teenager with me so that they could explore Northern Michigan during the day while I worked. Location was great- walkable to the State Park. Easy in and easy out.

Perfect for our stay!

My husband, 1 year old son and I stayed at this location for the weekend! It was a 10 minute walk to Petoskey state park beach and trails as well as a 10 minute drive into downtown. My son had so much space to roam and everything was perfect for our short stay!

Excellent Location

This property is in an excellent location for skiing at Nubs or Highlands. We had just what we needed to make it a fun weekend: comfy beds, clean house and space to play cards. Check-in and check-out were very easy and much appreciated.
