Accommodate to our large family group in town to visit friends from Wilmington. Comfortable beds, clean home, kitchen equipped for cooking meals ant home and a gas grill in the yard. Conveniently located to stores and short drive to Wrightsville and Carolina beaches. Would recommend and stay again.

The house is spacious, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We ate out mostly, but the house was fully stocked. I would definitely book another stay here if I had another big group going to Wilmington.

We were told the air conditioning on 2nd and 3rd floor was not working. Told us they would put in window units but not in when we arrived. We had to get ready for a rehearsal dinner in the terrible heat of the house. Had to talk to other people to get installed. The main bedroom shower had mold. Floors in kitchen were filthy. We have a picture of my husband's socks to prove it. We were told we would get our money back so we'll see when our charge card bill comes.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your arrival and initial experience did not meet the standard we expect for our guests. The HVAC issue was unexpected, and we immediately worked to have it addressed. An HVAC technician serviced the property early that morning and determined that a part needed for the repair was not in stock and had to be ordered. Unfortunately, this meant the system could not be permanently repaired before your arrival. As a temporary solution, we arranged to have window units installed on the affected floors. Our maintenance team experienced an additional delay while locating units appropriately sized for the home. We recognize that the temporary units should have been in place before your arrival, and we understand how uncomfortable and frustrating the delay was, particularly while your family was preparing for an important rehearsal dinner. Once we became aware that installation had not been completed, we worked to have the units installed as quickly as possible. We are also concerned about your comments regarding the cleanliness of the shower and kitchen floors. That is not the condition in which we expect the home to be presented, and we are addressing these concerns with our cleaning team. Regarding the financial resolution, we communicated directly with you about the accommodation being provided due to the HVAC issue and are following through accordingly. We appreciate your feedback and are using this experience to improve both our property management procedures and our response when unexpected maintenance issues arise.

Lots of space for a family group and good location.

In town for a family gathering and picked this home specifically for the space and proximity to where we'd be. Host was super responsive to any communication. There was plenty of space in this home and we had everything we needed.

Great Group Stay!

The location was great! Close to all the things without being in the middle of all the traffic. The house was exactly as pictured and worked great for our friend group. There are some things that could use an update like the kitchen utensils, pans, etc. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Perfect size for a large group. Nice large kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. Could use a few touchups here and there but nothing essential. Treadmill did not work. We were not able to enjoy the backyard because of the weather but it looked really nice.

Great location and communication

The property is Gorgeous. 10 min from the beach. The owner was great with communication. The only thing that bothered us was the house or carpet smelled like there had probably been a dog in the home. A distinct smell. Other than that, we had a great stay.

House for Wilmington Marathon Crew

5 friends stayed at the house and were welcomed to a spacious, comfortable house that was very close to restaurants and was only 15-20 mins away from the start of the marathon at Wrightsville Beach. Beds and furniture were comfortable, but we didn't utilize the outdoor space due to the chiller temps. Perfect spot for what our crew needed. Thank you.

The first issue was the carpet. It was filthy and had not padding left. It was wrinkled and basically needed to be replaced. The internet username and password did not work, and we had to wait 2 days for a response. The fridge and dishwasher leaked. My stepson slipped by the fridge.We killed 3 palmetto bugs one was about to crawl in my stepson's bed. He also could not use the comforter because it had a used band aid stuck to it. The iron had something stuck on it and ruined the dress I was wearing to my mother in laws 90th birthday party. I did ask for some sort of credit for the awful stay. The host said she would get back to me, it has been over a month, and I have not gotten a response. I have been in property management for over 26 years this was beyond disappointing and unacceptable.
