Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place home loacted just minutes to the Big Bear Lake Village.Helpful Hints* • Sleeps 5 in beds – 1 Queen- 1 Twin Over Full Bunk – 1 Sleeper Sofa linens provided • Free WIFI, Large Flat Screen TV • Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking great meals, coffee maker, dishes and cookware are provided. • Kitchen dish soap and dish towels are provided • Propane grill on deck, Propane is provided • Bath towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided • You will need heavy duty trash bags for your trash, not provided. City code requires all guests deposit their trash at the local dumpsite upon departure. Directions to the site are provided at the cabin. • During cold weather you will probably want to bring firewood for the fireplace or you can purchase at local stores when you arrive. • “Things Good To Know” are posted on the refrigerator door for you. NOTE: The owners of this property may make changes to the layout, furnishings, and amenities from time to time that may not be updated or reflected in photos and descriptions. Please contact us with any questions.

I booked this home for a 2 night stay from March 5-8. Arrived late on Friday night and check-in was easy. However, the property is not as depicted from the photos. Door jam looked like someone tried to break the door down at some point. There was a joint sitting on the windowsill. Property appeared to have been surface-level clean but still the bathmat was very dirty and hair on all the bedsheets. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain. It smelled like smoke in the home with air freshener sprayed over it. Neither of us felt comfortable in the house due to the dirt and lack of security from the main door. I tried contacting the property manager/owner and they didn't respond for over 24 hours, messaging at the time of our check out to tell me that it was inappropriate of ME to tell them the morning of checkout. I explained that I messaged them over 24 hours ago and they are in the wrong and they are refusing a refund despite my efforts to contact them. If you want a clean and secure stay, plus hospitable hosts, I wouldn't stay here.
