Our first-floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 car garage and a screened lanai. It offers a blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for vacationers.

Located in the heart of Marco Island, within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shops. We are about a 6-minute drive away from the white sandy beach of beautiful sunny Marco Island.

This apartment has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. One King, one Queen, and an XL Full Bunkbed with Trundle. Every room has a smart TV including the lanai. Washer and Dryer, WiFi, board games, and much more.

🧑‍🍳 The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Not to mention all the kitchen equipment/gadgets. For example, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender, and all the pots and pans needed to cook a delicious home-cooked meal.

☀️ The screened lanai has an outdoor dining set, electric BBQ, standing fan, and TV. Great for outdoor dining, relaxing, and enjoying great company. Our community offers a heated pool, lounge chairs, and a Tiki hut.
