Casa Premiere is a charming one-bedroom, one-bath apartment designed for comfort and ease. The living room also includes a sofa that can be used for sleeping. Step outside to the oceanfront patio area where you can relax, soak in the Southern California beach vibe, and enjoy coastline views. We also provide bicycles for your use and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Downtown Hermosa is just a short walk away, offering great restaurants, boutique shopping, live music, and endless activity. Whether you love surfing, strolling the shoreline, or cruising The Strand, Hermosa Oasis makes it easy to enjoy it all. And yes — we are pet-friendly, so your furry family members are welcome too.

We do not book far in advance (generally only within 10 days of an available date unless it is for summer). For example, we will not book December if September through November remains available — we keep winter and off-season dates open for longer stays. Please inquire about availability, and we will respond promptly.

Breathtaking view

I have no words to describe how extraordinary the view is from this unit. Literally two steps from the beach, I've enjoyed the morning jogging and the wonderful sunset at the end of the day. The place was very clean and the owner extremely helpful and friendly. Location wise is very conveniently positioned close to very good restaurants (like Rok Sushi) and is walking distance to Hermosa Pier. During my stay in Casa Mira there was "Fiesta Hermosa" fair, with music, food court and a lot of fun. I fully enjoyed my stay here and I absolutely recommend this place.

Love that view-

This property is amazing! Right on the strand in Hermosa Beach with an incredible view of the sandy beach and endless ocean. My family and I stayed for a month and I actually lost 10 lbs from just being so active with swimming, running, sand volleyball and biking. This place screams at you to enjoy the outdoors. I did get too much sun one day and was happy the next day indoors because you can still feel like your a part of the outdoors with the big windows over looking the strand. Plus, I do like my TV and was pleased that this place had all the channels I like and I caught up on my emails with the wireless. We also enjoyed not having to drive every where. We went to all the local restaurants by foot or bike and were able to watch the sunset every night. That was my goal! Thank you Hermosa Oasis!! You were just what the doctor ordered! We are looking forward to coming back soon!!

My name is Suzanne Rampe and I believe I am the only certified Vacation Rental Manager/Owner which means, your booking smooth sailing and accommodations kept to the highest standards. I am also a Real Estate Agent with Vista Sotheby's International Realty here in Hermosa Beach. I own Hermosa Oasis LLC. We love living in Hermosa and have been local to the are for generations. We take pride in what we do and our guests have commented on the fact that it shows. We hope that you will come and stay with us here to see all that we have to offer.

I was a stuntwoman for many years, but having kids and a family changed my focus. I often had many questions from our kids teachers when that have been asked what do you parents do for a living or how did you spend your summer. My son's answers would always cause a teacher to ask me if he has a vivid imagination. He does but not that vivid.

VRBO chose to stay with us at Hermosa Oasis in the Casa Mira Costa. They gave us a great review. Not a single other home in Hermosa can say that!

Many of our guests live far from Hermosa Oasis and most have located us though the internet. We have come to find that many of our guests often wondered who they were about to meet & this seemed quite reasonable. So, here is a little history of our family.

Prior to taking over Hermosa Oasis vacation rentals, I was honored with the title #1 amateur surfer in the USA at 15 years of age. I then attended The University of Southern California on a volleyball scholarship and then went on with a career as a professional Hollywood stuntwoman & Vice President of The Stuntwomen's Association of Motion Pictures and Film. During my stunt years, I founded The Women in Film Stunt Committee and started up another company called Stunt Contact.

I am pleased to say that those years were a time of wonderful experiences, but I am also glad to have completed my career as a professional stuntwoman and have now planted my feet firmly on the ground. Instead of leaping from buildings, racing around in cars and a whole lot more. I work at Vista Sotheby's It Realty and am also a certified property manager & Vacation Rental Specialist.

Hermosa Oasis is located on The Strand a 21 mile long path walking/biking path (NO cars) that will take you from Malibu to Palos Verdes. We are located North of The Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza, which is less than a 10 minutes walk away where you will find numerous restaurants and boutiques. Located in Los Angeles County and close to all major attractions.
