I’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate action: stop the kitchen faucet drip, repair or replace the sliding glass doors and inspect the door tracks and rollers (and we’re very sorry to hear about your husband’s injury), investigate and repair the vent leak and any resulting floor damage, replace the shattered front door glass, and fix the nonworking light switches. I also escalated your report that our team did not follow up during your stay — that lack of communication is unacceptable and we’re addressing it with our on-call procedures. We’ll review our guest information and the listing to ensure availability of beach towels and chairs is clearly communicated so future guests don’t duplicate supplies.
