Overall a great location, clean living space. The upstairs neighbor was a little noisier than I would have liked, but I would still recommend this property.

My only complaint was that the sandbox with kid toys, although a big hit with my toddler, had so much cat poop in it. Also, you can hear almost everything from the people upstairs, which felt hotel like. Otherwise, cute clean property in a convenient location.

Very clean, minimalistic unit. Excellent bedding, layout and comfort. Basement unit does have footfall noise from upstairs. Light sleepers may have trouble but other than that the property is centrally located and easy to access.
