Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, 15 min to downtown. Restaurants, shopping all close by. Very clean, large spacious house with a great patio setting for morning coffee. Great place!

Stay in Calgary

We needed a rental while work was being done to our house. This house worked very well. It was clean and accurate by the description. Also it was nice being in a neighborhood with large trees, near the c-train, and market mall.

Family VRBO

Our family used this stay while a renovation was occurring at our home. The home is lovely, well laid out and has a beautiful kitchen that has plenty of cookware to allow for normal dining and food prep. The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. The downstairs two bedrooms were perfect for teenagers as they were separate from the upstairs living and bedrooms, allowing for lots of privacy and space. The neighborhood is a quiet family area close to market mall and other shopping.

The property was in a great location for us. Close to food, gas, shopping but still in a quiet area. The inside of the home was big, very clean and updated. The appliances were great. Nice big washer and dryer. There was not enough of a few things like cutlery and glasses but the host supplied those as soon as we let her know. We also could have used more towels and hand towels to our access. They supplied one bath towel per person and each bathroom had only one hand towel. There were 10 of us so we ended up buying extra for our stay. The pictures showed that there were cushions for the outdoor patio furniture. We asked about them but they were not where the host told us. Only 4 of us could sit outside at a time and coming from a hot area we were really looking forward to enjoying the outside. The was not air conditioning. The upstairs rooms were hot at night. Two of the three had tiny fans. We ended up having to borrow fans from friends. The other thing that our group didn’t care for was that there was a big open garbage can in the kitchen. No lid. Had to take it out to back garbage every day bc of smell. No garbage disposal made it so that all the food waste had to go in the garbage. Want to make sure everyone knows that the host was great. I feel that when she reads this she might make some adjustments.

I’d like to share a few updates and details to clarify how the home is set up: •Kitchen Supplies & Waste: I’m glad I could drop off extra glasses and cutlery quickly! I am stocking up on additional dinnerware to ensure larger groups are always fully covered. For waste, we follow the City’s sorting guidelines, We also provide a dedicated compost bin under the kitchen sink specifically for food scraps to help manage odors and food disposal. • Towels & Guest Count: Our initial towel setup (2 bath towels per bed plus extra towels in the closet) , we always kindly ask guests to ensure their full group count is reflected on the booking so we can prepare enough linens for everyone ahead of time. •Patio Cushions & Seating: I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the outdoor cushions. I will make sure they are clearly labeled and easily accessible, and I am reviewing our outdoor seating layout to better accommodate groups. •Cooling & Fans: While the house does not have central AC, I understand upstairs rooms can warm up on hot summer nights. I am actively looking into better cooling solutions and additional fans for future summer stays. Thank you again for your helpful notes and for staying with us!

Very clean house and good location

This house was very clean and in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. We had to book a last minute stay at this house because our other vrbo reservation was cancelled due to the property owner not responding. This ended up being a way better deal in the end. The property owner of this house was super friendly and had great communication. I also loved that she didnt ask for too many "cleaning requests" at the end of our stay. This was greatly appreciated since we already paid a cleaning fee.
