Second year staying in this cottage at Beach Dreams where we have stayed for 9 summers now and this is by far our favorite cottage with the best layout for our family. A spacious kitchen, full dining table, 3 sleeping areas and the least congested. Check-in process was smooth. We plan to visit again next summer. Thank you!

David provides all of the necessary amenities and support for a perfect turn key stay...the kitchen is upscale vs other properties and the grounds and facilities are well maintained...will come back next summer for sure!

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I have been staying at Beach Dreams for over eight years. It’s a wonderful location. If you come to use the beach and the weather is not agreeable, it’s great to have the pool and clubhouse for an option. This cottage is a little bigger than the others and has central air. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Good stay but bad weather

The cottage was a little hard to find but we found it it was very comfortable with the exception of the pull out bed on the couch there was a huge bar that went right down the center of it all of my concerns were minor and I expect them to David Russo he was very receptive and very nice to do business with

The property was clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer were wonderful!My Hubby chose this property because it showed a pool table in the rec room...there was none. Also we were not unable to get local or live TV with a Roku system...not good.We flew in from Florida and had to bring our own linens or rent them...Tough getting out on to Rt. 1 ...but that is July in Wells. Over all a nice stay with good weather.

Incredible

The house was absolutely perfect. From the spaciousness of the interior to the incredible front porch we were able to step away from the everyday stresses and just relax while feeling like we were at a 5star resort. The owners were amazing, incredibly responsive and even brought us chalk for our little ones to play with during our stay. Very thoughtful. We will absolutely be back

We had a wonderful stay in Wells. The cottage was adorable and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge bonus. Close to lots of restaurants and good beach spots!

Nice cottage

We had a great week in Wells Maine. The cottage was comfortable, clean and cute. The AC was awesome since it was humid and very hot outside. Great time!
