La casa esta equipada con todo lo necesario para poder tener una estancia confortable elementos de cocina, ropa blanca suministrada con el alquiler.
Posee dos habitaciones una master y otra con dos sombres que pueden transformarse en una cama Queen sizes.
Tambin cuenta con un guarda no cubierto con portn elctrico operado a distancia para 2 coches. Posee Direct TV, 2 Plasmas 32en habitacin master y 40 en el living. Calefaccin en toda la propiedad y aire acondicionado.
Ademas en el exterior de la misma una parrilla con mesa y silla para disfrutar del sol.

Nice spot in quiet neighborhood

House looked exactly as shown in the pictures. There are 2 buildings on the property, but the guests in the other building were never an issue. The house was clean, the owner or manager was helpful and its in a safe neighborhood. The only 2 downsides were that a car is required as it is not walkable to anything and it was tough to regulate the temperature inside the home.

Winter in Bariloche

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful quite little home. It's tucked away from the city and is only 15 to 20 mins from Cerro Catedral. Its a gated property and the owner lives next door which is great if you need anything. We stayed in the winter time and the downstairs can be a bit chilly yet the bedrooms upstairs are super warm! Also the second bedroom is a loft which is closed of very well. We throughly enjoyed our time thanks to Pablo! Would recommend!

La casa tenia todo lo que necesitabamos y mucho mas !!! Es un lugar muy comodo ubicado en un barrio tranquilo. Pablo, el propietario, fue muy amable y nos explico todo en detalle. La cocina esta super equipada. Las instalaciones son para cuatro personas. Las camas de las habitaciones eran comodas y la ducha del baño era fantástica. Lo único que no funcionaba tan bien era el wiffi que solo tenias señal en el living . Volveremos !!
