We were delightfully surprised how wonderfully quite the neighborhood is! The house has a nice large landscape with lots of trees and greenery. We saw a few dear wondering around! It is surprising that the ocean is right down the road!
The deck and the location were nice.
The downstairs Queen bedroom does not have a/c. There are window fans that made it ok. I’m glad it wasn’t it super hot weather when we were there.
The two upstairs bedrooms (both are full) had good a/c units but are adjoining, which I don’t think is mentioned in the listing. It wound up not being a problem for us but it could easily be awkward for many.
The living room does not have a futon - the photos online are not up to date. There is currently a leather couch and loveseat, which is more seating than just a futon but is less bedding if you were counting on the futon for that.
The kitchen is the opposite of well stocked. I haven’t rented that often but this seemed worse than usual. The ice maker is broken and several of the ice trays are cracked, which is a small thing but seemed pretty lame.
Oh - and there was construction on both sides of the house that was occasionally loud and annoying.
No major problems. Just a so-so house. We would not go back.
The management communication was clear and prompt.
