Very cutie duplex. There were a few issues. Host books outside of the app so I was trying to reserve one house but she messaged and said she already had to booked. She told me she has Adorable available and we could stay there. We didnt change the reservation because I had paid for the booking and she accepted it so it had already taken money out and it would have taken a while to get it back. She assured me that Adorable would be where we stayed. When we arrived at Adorable I was surprised that all of the furniture was different. I had picked the houses I wanted because of the nice solid beds, dinning room chairs, and sectional. The living room seating was nice still but the beds were just metal frames. One of the had the middle support falling on rhe floor. She did offer to have it fixed but it was fine as we were only there two nights. There was a couple of dirty dishes in the cabinet so highly recommend washing everything before use. There were no check out instructions so we just cleaned up, took trash out, put towels in the washer etc like we normally do. Very few listings for Ada so I would stay here again. I recommend updating the pictures to reflect correct furniture and making sure dishes are clean.

Ada family visit

The location was 6 minutes from our son, daughter in law, and 2 grandchildren that was very convenient. Our daughter and her 5 year old came with us to Ada. The only thing we missed was a yard for the children to play in. Our other 3 visits had been to rural rentals.
