Looming above the pool and hot tub, mountain views fill the horizon, and this is only the beginning of the home’s one-of-a-kind features.



The home’s colorful design begins in the living room where seating is arranged around a large screen smart tv. Included is a sleeper sofa to provide extra sleeping space for your group. Just beyond is the bright kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, wide island, barstool seating, and a range of cooking tools. Always a central part of the home, this space is equipped for both the preparation and enjoyment of food at home. A formal dining space is set for 6. If you’re enjoying dinner and a drink, make use of the dedicated bar cart.



In addition to the opulent heated salt water pool and hot tub, the backyard is teeming with space to enjoy the outdoors and your company. Use the outdoor BBQ and grill up a meal to share al fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6 and an umbrella to keep you shaded. The colorful design inside is carried outside with bright lounging chairs and matching umbrellas that line the pool, while Adirondack chairs surround an outdoor fire pit perfect for evening bonfires under the stars.



This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each with luxury linens, lots of natural light, and pops of bright color.



Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and smart tv. This room’s wide windows overlook the front porch and gorgeous front landscaping.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide views of the pool area and mountains beyond, as well as direct access to seating on the outdoor patio.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This home has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- A queen sized sleeper sofa with Simmons Beauty Rest mattress is provided in the living space and ideal for two children under the age of 12.

- Parking available in the two-car garage and driveway.

- Washer and drying available.

- Ceiling fans are installed throughout the house for your comfort.

- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $100/day, which also includes spa heat ($50/day for spa heat only) between the months of October through May. (This is 100% optional) Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. Pool heat cannot be added after arrival. Fee will need to be collected after booking has been confirmed.

• Pool & Spa Heating Policy

Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.



Depending on the property, the pool heating fee may cover both the pool and spa if the system allows. For properties where the pool and spa operate on separate heating systems, a separate fee is required for spa heating only. Each property has unique pool controls and systems.



-For stays 28 nights or longer: A deposit of $1,500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. Customer Care team will coordinate payment of the deposit. This includes pool/spa heat.



- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.



The location of this home is as appealing as it’s beautiful design. When you’re feeling active, Downtown Palm Springs is just a quick 15-minute bike ride down the street or a 45-minute leisure walk. The drive couldn’t be easier with just 5 minutes separating you from Downtown. The mountains are of course directly behind the home with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway within 5 miles of the home.



Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. -Pool Heating $100 per day, If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking and add no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. It must be heated for the full length of your stay and cannot be added during. -Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 86 degrees. While Palm Springs is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during Palm Springs colder months. Thank you!



- This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
