About this property
Harkers Island Historic Waterfront Cottage
Established 1912 Gracie’s Landing
Escape Down East to Harkers Island. This historic waterfront cottage built in 1912 will take you back in time to when life was a little sweeter, the pace was little slower and making memories was all that mattered.
We are the 3rd family to own this home since 1912. Being a home of this age there are some characteristics that line up with an old home: unlevel floor, low ceilings, narrow and steep stairs and some other quirky things. We love all of it and we hope you will too.
