Enjoy a peaceful stay at this new 2-bedroom apartment type property in Shelburne Falls. Only 10 minute drive up Route 2 to Berkshire East. Easy walk into Village. Hiking paths accessible. Bike right out the driveway to paved and dirt road excusions. River swimming and fishing within minutes. With 2 super comfortable queen beds with great linens, full kitchen with most accessories you may need, new mini split heating/cooling system, washing machine/dryer, WiFi, and more, guests will find everything they need for a fabulous stay. The 1 1/2 bathrooms comes equipped with a hairdryer and walk in modern tiled shower for added convenience. High end shampoo and bath soap is provided. I am happy to assist with any questions while you stay at my property. I am recognized as a Super Host.

We had a lovely stay our 2nd time at this location and we will definitely come back. Kevin designed a thoughtful 2 bedroom with lovely furniture and art located in Shelburne Falls which is such a beautiful area.

This was one of the best rental properties I have stayed at. Comfortable Stay

We stayed over the long weekend and went skiing at Berkshire East (15 minutes away). The house was very clean and comfortable. It was the right size for our family of 4.

From this location easily walked into Shelburne Falls village, enjoyed lunch by the Fallls and got groceries at Buckland. Great hiking trails in the area. Trailhead 5 minute drive away

Comfortable lodging in a beautiful small town

The property was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We had ample parking for our car and our son's car right outside the door, with room for our other son to park when he visited us. It is beautifully decorated with paintings and art objects, many with an Asian theme. It's close to the Shelburne Falls village and to Route 2 for touring the area, but it was very quiet at night, lending itself to very restful sleeps over night. Host was very available and helpful! Hope to stay there again.

My husband and I wanted to go away for a few days and found the town of Shelburne Falls, MA and then he found thus little gem... Not right in town, but a 2 minute drive to the center... Everything was prefect... from the decor to the kitchen to the comfy bed...

Thanksgiving visit

Kevin's place is great - clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and it had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving visit to Greenfield. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed and bedding top notch. The photos accurately represent the property. The space is recently constructed -- it is well built, with thoughtful details, and has lots of natural light. Kevin was easy to communicate with, and check in was easy as well. We will definitely return!

I have owned this property for over twenty years. In June, 2024 I converted one of the three units into a short term rental.

What makes this property unique

I have appointed this unit with some really cool art, rugs, and accessories. The beds, linens, bathroom soaps and shampoo are all high end. This is not your ordinary short term rental. I pride myself on details and providing a super clean property for your enjoyment. My reviews on this property and my other property Blue on South speak to this.
