This cottage is very comfortable and we'll-situated for visiting the area. We especially enjoyed the deck and backyard. Very quiet little neighborhood!
Beautiful, cozy cottage. Very comfortable and clean. Debra is wonderful, too. There are so many stars at night...and it's quiet as could be. Lots of lovely walks. Thank you so much for your hospitality--I hope to return!
We really enjoyed the proximity to the lake and trails around the cabin. No frills but very clean and comfortable for our group of 2 adults and 3 kids. Had an unanticipated plumbing issue during our stay that was addressed very promptly. Appreciate the ease of communication.
It was easy to rent this quiet, peaceful place. We had great weather so we sat on the front porch playing cards and reading, looking out at the lake. There’s a small kitchen that is very clean for a cabin and an awesome shower! Nice fenced in backyard and lots of birds.

We stayed the weekend. It is a beautiful clean little cottage in a nice area. You can sit on the porch and drink your coffee while enjoying the view. We took the kayaks. Out on the water which was also a good time. The hosts are amazing! They answered questions and We ended up forgetting our diaper bag and they called right away! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! We cant wait to stay again!
This cottage was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing, peace filled getaway. The lake was perfect and we kayaked, swam, and fished everyday. The outdoor grill and firepit were amazing and we enjoyed home cooked meals and smores out by the fire. The cottage was clean, cozy, and charming. We couldn't ask for more being near water and a state forest. Our 2 favorite places to be. Debra was also amazingly responsive when our car had an unexpected flat in the driveway and was able to give us suggestions on where to get it serviced. Thank you for having us! We are hoping to return!
The home was extremely clean, I am cleaner by trade and I was impressed with how clean the floors and items were .
The host was extremely responsive. We were visiting family and friends, and because of the small town living all we said was the lake we were on and they found us. So super easy to get to . Beautiful lake access . Incredibly dog friendly , fenced in yard was a great perk. Laundry machine was also nice . Though very small, it was still nice to have. Also as a Floridian it was nice to be able to control the heat in multiple ways. As the week we stayed was cold and rainy. Overall it was a great stay, and if we ever go back up we would consider staying again.
House is cute and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the necessaries. Given I was visiting a little off-season, it was extra quiet in the community, but the few people I met were friendly. It was nice having the lake to myself for paddling around. There isn't a lot in the immediate area by way of shopping, but a great co-op is about 20 min away and has a great selection of stuff. Check-in and out was super easy, and manager is quick to respond to communication. I love this area and would definitely stay here again.
Well decorated home with beautiful view of the lake. It was very easy to find the home and the check in process was seamless. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and home also has a grill. The beds were very comfortable and good quality. The home was generally very clean. It was very easy to communicate with Debra and she responded very quickly. It was also perfectly located a few minutes from North Hampton a college town. We took the kayaks out on the lake, which were provided by the host. There were a few things that landed it short of 5 stars, which I think if improved upon can bring it up. So, I'll just add them here as recommendations. Adding curtains to the windows in the bathroom and bedroom. These windows face the yard but for piece of mind. Black out curtains for the bedrooms in general could be a nice option. All the blankets were covered with animal fur so we weren't able to use them. We just ended up buying a blanket for when we sat on the sofa. So maybe replacing those blankets. Besides these issues, overall it was a great stay!
We had an amazing time staying at this cute cottage in Goshen. There was snow on the ground so of course we didn't go in the lake, but staying inside and keeping warm was still plenty of fun. The pellet stove is great and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely come back!
We had a lovely overnight at the cottage. The space was adorable, clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated. The location was perfect for us, and we plan to be back next month!
We had a great stay. the place was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Thank you very much. p.s i apologize for the 1 hour delay in departure, for some reason I thought check out was 1:00 PM.
