This was the perfect spot to land and relax on a freezing night at the end of a business trip! Beautifully laid out spread in a cool repurposed industrial building. Clean with all the amenities. Appreciated 420 friendly. Host very responsive when I had questions. Near a fun part of town.

Lovely comfortable apartment with lots of character.Easy to find and fantastic location close to downtown (10-15 mins walk).Great communication from host. Easy check-in information.Only slight issue was sometimes variable water temperature but I suspect this is due to it being a large older building and it did not cause a major problem.

Not to bad of an area.. it should've been made a little clearer that the place isnt very handicapped friendly. But all in all it was a great place to stay

Everything was great with the loft. I only have 1 complaint and it has nothing that she has control over. My only complaint is the elevator was a bit sus. Loft was clean and had everything I needed.

Solo traveler. Everything was exactly as pictured. The reason for the slightly lower rating is the location has no walkability. That is probably my fault, I should have done more research. There is a Burger King about 1-2 blocks away and that's it, and not my taste. Industrial neighborhood, police station a few blocks away but that's not the most comforting if you're familiar with living near one. I prefer coffee shops or local restaurants I can walk to but those are a couple of miles at best. Yes, you can Dash/Uber, whatever your preference, which is what I did, and they were quick, but just an observation and what prevented it from being a higher rating. Host was very responsive when needed. Easy check in/out.

There was a HUGE Deposit and Cleaning charge UPFRONT.for a One Night stay ....that was outrageous!!! the stay was advertized as LESS THAN a benjamin, but BEWARE...you will get charged mucho to your credit card immeadiately. i cancelled a week before, and it took 7 days to get it back, and i booked w cancellation insurance, which refunded the cleaning fee... but what a hassle...never saw the immeadiate charges coming...beware!!!

A Warm, Honest Space with Timeless Charm

This loft was exactly what I needed—peaceful, spacious, and full of character. The building has that old Detroit charm with big windows, exposed brick, and the most incredible old-school elevator I’ve ever used. It feels like something out of a film, with double doors you close by hand—loud, creaky, and full of soul. Honestly, it should be illegal to ever replace it. That elevator is a relic of the past, and it gives the whole building its heart. The loft itself was clean, warm, and surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood is gritty—but in a clean, honest sort of way—and I felt safe the entire time. Parking and Check In was easy, and the WiFi and heat worked great. Only minor issue was the shower temperature shifting at times. Otherwise, it was perfect. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
