Quaint little cottage in the heart of Rio Vista. Great location to visit the surrounding areas. The host was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

I'm glad you liked it. FYI, I have added a second AC unit for the summer, so the little one won't have to cool the whole place when things heat up on the river.

Wifi was not listed as an amenity, but I tested it as a courtesy and it worked well. I even had my exterior surveillance camera connected to it throughout the stay and there were no issues with the wifi. This guest lied to VRBO in an attempt to get a refund, despite the fact that she stayed the full 9 days and I was more than accommodating, even going as far as installing a second AC unit after she falsely claimed the place didn't have one as listed. VRBO is now holding my money until the matter is investigated and proven false.
