Craig, thank you for your thoughtful review of Jan‘s cottage. It is a charming, romantic setting just a couple of houses away from Saugatuck, Maine and busy downtown area. However, it’s set back on a dead end cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet with little if any traffic noise. Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We so enjoy our return guests and are so happy when they leave feeling refreshed and ready for whatever is ahead. Our little cottage makes everyone feel warm and cozy the chiminea in the backyard is lots of fun this time of year

Unfortunately this guest has great sensitivities to the smell of wet leaves. It had rained for 3 days before their arrival lots and lots of leaves have fallen and lots and lots of rain. We could all smell the wet leaves in the air. I'm not sure she could have been happy anywhere in saugatuck with her sensitivities. They were very nice couple and I'm glad we could help them enjoy their stay as much as possible.

Jeff, thank you very much for your positive feedback. We always are happy to receive suggestions from our gases to make their stay more enjoyable. Location of the cottage and its proximity to downtown. Make it an outstanding place to stay as you indicated. Please come another time to visit.

James cottage has a perfect location and two private parking places that if you've ever been to saugatuck you realize how wonderful it is to have your own parking space. You can walk everywhere and enjoy community and walk home without being exhausted. Thanks so much for the wonderful review look forward to seeing you again soon

Thank you for taking the time to review Jan's cottage. We're so glad you appreciated it for the many features you mentioned. It is so well located yet also has privacy parking for those days when Saugatuck is so busy. There's so much to enjoy and we look forward to you coming back again.

These were great guests and I'm so glad they enjoyed the yard. There's a lovely chimenea and we furnish a few ever burning logs there's also a great string of lights so it gives a very party patio feel. We love the little cottage and so glad we can share it with our guests.

Thanks for your positive comments about Jan's cottage. It is very centrally located yet you have two off-atreet parking places which become very critical during high traffic times sowntown. So glad you enjoyed the stone patio and chiminea. It does create a very cozy space with great privacy from any pedestrian or traffic noise. Come bacj anytime you' can, you'll always be welcome
