Inside, you'll find a welcoming family room with a cozy gas heat stove, a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a sun-soaked day at the beach. The updated kitchen, featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances, flows into a charming puzzle nook and informal dining area. Sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck and patio, perfect for BBQs and outdoor gatherings.
The open living room, complete with a three-sided gas fireplace and large bay windows overlooking the marsh, offers plenty of seating for family time, along with a wet bar to keep the good times flowing.
The first floor features two cozy bedrooms: a king bedroom and a double-twin room that can be converted to a king upon request. You'll also find a pantry and a full bathroom with laundry for added convenience.
