This is our 7th or 8th trip to the island. Without a doubt one of our favorite houses! Great views, extremely clean, well appointed and property manager very accessible and made great suggestions! Am I gushing? You will too!!! Highly recommend.

The Property Manager (Drew Kerr) was amazing! Very responsive and helpful. THE VIEW! The view from the deck was my favorite part of the entire trip. We had coffee every morning looking at a postcard. The weather while we were there was amazing, the beaches and the snorkeling were incredible. BEWARE... you need a house in St. John that has a batter backup for power. This house is great because it is exactly as advertised AND- it has solar/battery power backup. In St. John, they have a lot of rolling power outages. With this house, we never had to worry. Our friends were not so lucky with their home. St. John is NOT for the mobility limited. OR for drivers who lack confidence. You have to have a Jeep because the roads are vertical like a Jeep commercial. Every car on the road was either a Jeep or a Truck. Sadly, we rented a Nissan Sentra in St. Thomas and we spent every hairpin turn praying.... Have a great trip!
