Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. Communication was fast and clear, from check-in to check-out. Accommodations were clean and cozy. Nice stay!
Perfect ski house for two families to share. Great layout with a nice mudroom entry for gear, hot tub off the lower level TV room that was also protected from snow since it's under the upstairs deck. There were even two sledding runs on the property going around the house for the kids.
The house matches the listing details. It's clean, well maintained and in a quiet community. It has a remote location and feel, yet it's only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. It's a great southern VT location to enjoy what the area has to offer in the summer. I would stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and beautiful. A 15 min drive to mount snow which is convienent. The restaurants are also about a 10 min drive. The hot tub was a really nice touch as well!

Karina - sorry for the late response to your review. I thought it was done already. You guys were great! Thanks for staying with us. We would love to have you back again!
Came for a ski trip for the weekend. Was a nice spot for friends to hang out. Had a lot of snow fall for the weekend which blocked the ground amenities but didn’t stop us from having a good time.
The Host Tim, was very quick to respond and very good communicating. The house is really nice; love all the wood inside. The area spaces each house with lots of privacy. All the rooms were very nice size and nicely prepared well. Kitchen, dinning area and living area are all connected for good family time. We would go back again. Amazing how good the road were after lots of rain. The town seems to be trying to make improvements for tourism, if you go to town. Our had 2 disappointment. There was about 50 flies that we had to move outside with the sweeper. I guess it was empty for days before we got there and maybe someone should do a check when that's the case. The other is that we were confused about where the swimming pool was. We thought it was at the house but both are at the club house a quick drive away. The club house is very nice (except the game room is like stepping back to 1970's).
Unlike many things these days, this place was exactly as advertised! Warm and cozy and perfect for 8-9 adults. The Chimney Hill community location strikes that perfect balance of having neighbors nearby, but not too close. Ample firewood stocked for the fireplace upstairs, wood stove downstairs, and firepit outside... and a full set of kitchenware and towels were nice touches. But the large outdoor hot-tub looking out over the snow covered trees .... was by far the biggest hit after a long day of skiing or hiking at the nearby Haystack Trail!
