This quaint New England property is a mix between traditional and modern. It has some amazing features, the kitchen goods, laundry equipment, heating and TV are 21st century blended with a stunning lakeside (a short walk but no view) location and a naive wooden cabin interior. It is very well equipped and positioned in a serene woodland spot for privacy and relaxation. Overall a delightful place to spend time, especially during the fall beauty and the kaleidoscopic colour palette of autumnal leaves. Would we return though? In a heartbeat we’d travel from our verdant “OG” England to its “newer” cousin!

From the initial contact with the host, I felt we had picked the right place. Gwen was helpful and responsive which eased any concerns about our stay. The property was better than advertised, the house was cozy, clean and had a great feng shui. It was perfect for our small family of furry friends. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. 5 stars

We had such a wonderful stay! The cottage was perfection! So thoughtfully cozy, clean, comfortable and really beautifully decorated. We walked into a perfect temp, with soft fans on and relaxing music playing. Our pup had a great time too. He felt right at home. The lake was a few short steps away, dreamy, peaceful and clean. Gwen is quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Lovely, homey home

Great location for visit with family. All on one level but plenty of room. Fenced in yard great for dog &privacy. Neighbors friendly. Host very responsive &clearly cares about guests’ comfort.
