The property was very comfortable! The kitchen was well supplied other than lacked cookie sheets and a fry pan. The back yard is NOT completely fenced which does make a difference for most dog owners.
We liked the property and it was close to the activities we were doing. Unfortunately the back yard was not fully fenced so the dogs couldn’t play out there. There was fake grass which they didn’t like so went potty in weeds and stickers. The master bedroom bed was horrible!! Very uncomfortable and we took turns sleeping on the couch. The other room had a comfortable bed and the house set up and bathrooms were lovely. If you love pickleball this is the place for you as they have a court quite close and it was busy all day until dark. There is a walking path above the court which was nice for the dogs.
Loved this location, Accross from a park and nature preserve. House was full of little extras that made our stay easier! The only suggestion I would have would be to have a larger skillet or cookie sheet to allow for making larger meals. We are a family of 5 and needed to get creative to make breakfast
Walked into a very clean house. Property was exactly as described. The yard wasn’t 100% fenced but clearly efforts made to block any escape avenues for our dogs.Kitchen was more than adequately stocked, all needed and bonus items were available. We come to Spokane a few times a year and would definitely return to this property.
Was a great place to stay at an affordable rate. Unfortunately gate was not atrached at time if stay, and yard is unfinished for animals. The kitchen lacks in pots and pans for cooking meals more more than a person or two. But it wasa nice layout, and perfect for a long stay
Overall it was a nice place. The only drawback for us were the window treatments weren't able to keep out the early summer sunrises, but other than that this was a comfortable stay.
The location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a block by a park. The fenced backyard was a plus for our 2 dogs. The layout of the house was great for our group and overall suited our needs.
