Comfortable Stay

I stayed here with my wife and 2 children while we were helping my daughter move in to a house in the adjacent neighborhood. I would gladly stay here again. The apartment was well-appointed, and we were able to prepare meals, do our laundry, go swimming, and use the gym, so it was nice to be able to maintain the same routines we do at home. The location is excellent, you are very close to Loop 101, shopping at Safeway, the ASU campus, and plenty of nearby restaurants.

The parking lot was being resurfaced so there were NO parking spots available. We couldn’t get into the building. The cleaning hadn’t been done after the last guests left. Then no one confirmed how to return the keys and get a FULL refund. Terrible start to our vacation and then it was crickets from the management
