Turquoise place C-603 is a Brand new, privately owned, and professionally decorated 6th floor unit. It is 2300 square feet and has 3 Bedroom with 3.5 baths. This unit has been equipped with wonderful upgrades and is located in the newest building at Turquoise Place. The Master bedroom has a King Bed, 2 Full Beds in the 2nd guest room and 2 Queen Beds in the 3rd guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit will sleep up to 10. Super clean and ready for your relaxing beachfront vacation in this new condo. Pristine South and East views of the beach, gulf, and Perdido Pass from your private, 400+ square foot balcony. The Outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub is located on your balcony with access from the master bedroom. You will not look into another condominium building from this unit. Natural gas grill and sink on your private balcony. Free WiFi, listen and charge your iPad/iPod/iPhone on the iHome music player in the living room. High-end appliances in kitchen and laundry room include Sub-Zero, Wolf, Kitchen Aid and Whirlpool. This unit has the comforts of home, it has been stocked it with high-end kitchen and cookware. Enjoy a great sleep on any of the Enso brand memory foam mattresses. Granite counter tops throughout the unit; upgrades include built-in cabinets above the bar, a solid wood fireplace mantle and built-in shelving in living room. Beautiful Property. Spacious w/ Nice Amenities

Turquoise Place is a beautiful complex right on the gulf coast. WE typically stay in Perdido Key, but opted for the much larger units at Orange Beach / Turquoise Place as we had family staying with us. The condo was beautiful, and nicely furnished inside and on the patio overlooking the gulf. Kitchen was large and well stocked with cups, glasses, pots and pans. Consumables (cleansers, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) is not provided beyond a starter-pack. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All-in-all, very happy with our stay.

First time staying at Turquoise Place

Pros: Check in process was super easy. 2 parking passes with 1 designated but second space easily obtained. 3bedrooms with 3 baths which was great for teens One bedroom had a broken bed frame. Called property management and someone came out in about an hour and fixed it perfectly.Location was great. Staff very nice!Chair service with fees listed! And numberEasy beach access Hot tub was nice, pools and lazy river were a hit. Never waited too long on an elevator. Hot water in showers even with all showering. Beds and furniture comfy, washing machine worked fine, ice machine filled the Stanley cups with good ice! Cons:If you have a huge truck/ car, you may not fit in the parking deck. My Yukon did fine. The kitchen needs some extra loving. No pizza pan, limited utensils,and pots/ pans. Toaster sticks. Keurig did not work and kept over flowing cups even on small cup setting. Roaches at night on the balcony (we think under the hot tub?) Nothing that ruined the trip… just a fyi.

Kitchen supplies need upgrading

We had a great time at Turquoise Place but some small, inexpensive items would have made our stay better. #1 wines glasses were not plentiful and the ones they provided were small. #2 The Warming drawer did not work but maintenance did repair it the following day. # 3 General kitchen supplies were not plentiful. #4 Shower head in non-primary bedroom did not work well and there were no hooks on the door or wall to hang towels/robes. #5 We booked at the Turquoise for the individual hot tubs and they were under maintenance the entire time of our stay. #6 indoor pool was closed during part of our stay. #7 Ellipticals in C complex were rusty and the handrails sticky. We actually went to the D complex to work out because of this issue.

Expectations

When you stay at Turquoise, there are expectations of the property. You pay for one of the nicest properties and amenities. This was not the case this time. Our hot tub did not work properly, one toilet would not flush properly, shower was extremely hard to operate and to stop the dripping, vent hood did not work properly, blender leaked a pitcher of drinks, and whirlpool tub would not shut off properly. We did turn in our concerns to maintenance and at the end of our stay communicated with the rental company. The response was a thank you for staying , we are sorry and hope you rent with us again! For the cost , this response was very dismissive.

Unit was spacious and good for our family to spread out but it had clearly not been cleaned well from previous guests. Coffee maker broken. One of the beds was creaky and possibly broken. Could use some updates inside. Couldn't use several of the amenities (pool, lazy river, slide) so feel the price should better reflect,

Spring Break 2035

We had a very enjoyable stay at our beautiful condo in Turquoise Place Resort. We especially enjoyed our own hot tub spa on the balcony, tennis courts, golf putting greens, and indoor pool and hot tub! We learned later in our stay that there was a complimentary breakfast offered at Turquoise Place which we didn’t take advantage of and would like to on a later trip. Thanks for a great time!!

Great Time

The condo was super nice. Although, it seemed like we could have been the first to stay in it since last summer. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early which was much appreciated since we had young children. The kids loved having their own room and hot tub on the balcony. We'd love to experience this condo during the warmer months but it's out of our price range. Even going during the colder months is still enjoyable though. There were some activies for the kids going on and the cabana was open outside. The kids also enjoyed the OB Mardi Gras parade. We'll definitely be back!

The condo needs some serious maintenance and amenities. Did not provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher detergent. They did not even leave a dust pan so we could sweep up all the beach sand. I had to sweep it to the corners of each room to keep it from being tracked back around. The removal of the carpet in the bedrooms it not a good idea for beach condos as you end up with sand in your bed. This is my 10th year to stay at Turquoise and maybe my last due to this condo. Finding the hot tub was a 2-seater was very disappointing for my family.

Fun Spacious Stay!!

This condo was huge for our family of 6! It was very clean and there are so many great stores/restaurants around. We had access to 4 pools, lazy river, tiki bar and many other activities within the resort for the kiddos! Great stay for our fam!

Very nice place!

Upon check in, we were told that the m the hot tub has been checked and cleared. However, we tried it out first thing, and noticed that when we were in it, there was black particles floating in the water and along the edges of the hot tub where the water line was. It took almost 48 hours, two days of it 6 day vacation, to be able to get back in the hot tub after we made the inquiry about it. Time is precious on vacation, especially when we are paying more money to stay at Turquoise Place for the convenience of having our own hot tub on the balcony. The toilet in one of the bedrooms with the double beds would not flush, and this was the time where my twin girls were sleeping so the w had to use other restrooms in the condo. Besides these two set backs, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Place!
